Joe Salisbury has supplanted Dan Evans in Extraordinary England's Davis Cup group for the knockout stage in Malaga one week from now.

English number two Evans, 33, pulled out from the group with a calf injury subsequent to limping off court at the Erste Bank Open in Vienna last month.
